ACTIVITIES FOR SCIENCE AND ARTS (15-19 June)

Good morning!

Here you have the activities for Science and Arts for this week.

SCIENCE
We have finished, so we are going to do:
STUDENT'S BOOK: page 75. (En la actividad 1, en vez de colorear se puede rodear).

Besides, I have also included pages 82, 83, 84 and 85. It is a revision of the whole year. But you have to work just for one hour. Don't worry if you don't finish the four pages, do what you can in 1 hour. (Haced lo que podáis en una hora; no significa que os pongáis una hora seguida haciendo Science, ya sabéis que lo podéis hacer cuando queráis. Pero lo que no quiero es que estéis agobiados pensando que no os da tiempo. Incluso podéis saltaros actividades. Es lo que hagáis en una hora).

ARTS
For this week, you can do the drawing sheet that you want. (Podéis hacer la ficha que queráis. Nos quedan unas pocas y también las del final del libro, que son en las que hay que recortar y hacer lo que nos viene en el modelo. Sé que son las que más os gustan! Si tenéis dudas en alguna, me podéis preguntar sin problemas).

ARTS
The activity for this week is the drawing sheet 20 (page 51). You have to complete the pictures of the gardener and the cook. (Para dibujarlo hay que tener en cuenta el eje de simetría, es decir, una línea imaginaria que los divide por la mitad, de arriba a abajo, y que, al doblarlos por ella, tienen que coincidir las partes).
Then, you colour and decorate the pictures.

ONLINE ACTIVITIES

Good morning!

Aquí os dejo la ficha online de esta unidad. Por favor, hacedlo vosotros solos y sin mirar al libro, para ver lo que os acordáis de la unidad. No es un examen.

En la ficha tenemos distintos tipos de preguntas. Cuando terminéis, dais a "terminado" y ponéis vuestro nombre. No os va a pedir nada más porque ya lo he rellenado yo para hacéroslo más fácil. Dais a "Enviar" y ya podéis ver dónde habéis acertado o fallado. Para ver las respuestas de las actividades 5 y 8, hay que colocar encima el ratón.

Os dejo un vídeo donde explico las actividades por si os resulta más sencillo. La actividad 6, al dar a la flecha, os salen las opciones (no sé por qué no ha salido en el vídeo...).
Ya veréis que es fácil y hay actividades que ya hemos hecho. Por eso, no os tendría que llevar mucho tiempo hacerlo todo. Podréis hacerlo hoy o mañana.

ARTS
The activity for this week is the drawing sheet 18 (page 47). You have to make a collage, completing the picture with pieces of cloth (podéis usar telas que no os sirvan, folios de colores, recortes de revistas... La idea es hacer un collage).

SCIENCE
Como ya os dije, esta semana os pondré unas actividades online. Serán el viernes. La ficha que os dejo es lo que haríamos el jueves, y yo os la dejo ya porque así me habéis dicho que preferís hacerlo.

STUDENT'S BOOK: Pages 66 and 67 (La actividad 3 de la página 67 no hay que hacerla. Quien quiera, puede hacer la actividad 2 de la página 65, donde hay que colorear cada objeto según el color del contenedor en el que hay que echarlo, como hacemos en el cole: azul, amarillo o verde).

The activity for Arts for this week is the drawing sheet 17 (page 45). You have to colour the photograph and you can use crayons, felt-tip pens, tempera paints, coloured pencil... (cada uno lo que quiera y tenga en casa).

Good morning!!

The activities for Arts for this week are:

Drawing sheet 16. They have to cut the items of page 41 and then glue them to page 43.

Then, they have to add more things (for example a snake) and colour the sky.

Como es una ficha sencilla, que terminan muy rápido, quien quiera pueda hacer la ficha 9. Se puede pintar con témperas, acuarelas, rotuladores, pinturas...

En el vídeo donde hago la explicación, también explico el libro. Pero después hay otro donde lo hago desde el ordenador. Ahí se ve mejor el libro, pero nos falta la parte de comunicación no verbal, donde hago los gestos, enseño objetos... Podéis ver el que os resulte más sencillo.

Good morning!!

The activity for this week is the drawing sheet. The picture shows a castle and its shades during the dawn. You have to use bright colours to colour your own version of the painting at a different moment of the day (noon, sunset...) (Dibujarlo en un momento diferente del día: mediodía, puesta de sol... Por lo tanto, la sombra tiene que ser diferente, así como los colores).

Remember that on Thursday, I will include some online activities for Science, and on Friday we will start the new unit.

ACTIVIDADES ARTS

Good morning!

La actividad de Arts para esta semana es la siguiente ficha. Lo que hay que hacer es colorearla y  personalizarla, dibujando peces y otros elementos marinos en otra hoja diferente, que después se recortan y se pegan en el dibujo. Quien no pueda imprimir, en un folio dibujan un paisaje de mar y hacen lo mismo con los peces y los elementos marinos (estrellas de mar, algas, peces de distintos tamaños...).

Las actividades de Science de esta semana son optativas. Se trata de la página 27 del Activity Book, que nos habla sobre plantas carnívoras. Para que puedan ver este tipo de plantas "en acción" os dejo un vídeo. Hay muchos más en Internet.

ACTIVITIES FOR SCIENCE

Os dejo las actividades para hacer de Science a lo largo de la semana. Como véis, ya hemos terminado la unidad y ahora sólo estamos repasando. Algunos sí que habéis hecho el quizizz, pero no todos. Sería conveniente hacerlo ya que a mí me sirve para saber si lo están entendiendo o no.

STUDENT'S BOOK: Pages 56, 57, 58 y 59.

En la actividad 3 de la página 57, hay que hacer oraciones completas. Por lo tanto, tenemos que añadir give us en las dos oraciones siguientes. Es decir, Walnut trees give us... Palm trees give us...

La actividad 3 de la página 58 no hay que hacerla.

Se pueden volver a ver los vídeos, hacer las actividades, ver los resúmenes... porque entiendo que hay algunos conceptos que no se han quedado claros del todo.

ACTIVITY FOR ARTS

Good morning!!!

La actividad para Arts de esta semana tiene algo en común con la de Easter: usar un yogur vacío. Con él haremos un tiesto y después pondremos tierra y semillas para que crezca la planta y sea como el pelo. Yo había comprado semillas de césped, pero podéis usar cebada, trigo... o alguna legumbre. Si no tenéis tierra, podéis usar algodón humedecido y también va a crecer la planta. Como veis, lo podéis hacer con lo que tengáis en casa (en vez de yogur, una botella de plástico...).

Os dejo unas imágenes y un vídeo para que os hagáis una idea más clara.

PLANTS: QUIZIZZ

Good morning!

Ya conocéis la aplicación de quizziz, pero lo que os traigo hoy es una versión diferente de juego. En este caso, voy a recibir las respuestas generadas por vosotros, y podéis jugar las veces que queráis. No hace falta registrarse. Os saldrá una ventana para registrar vuestro progreso, pero no hagáis caso. La cerráis y ya está. Lo único que tenéis que poner es vuestro nombre. Por favor, poned vuestro nombre verdadero para que yo sepa quién lo está haciendo.

Tenéis de límite hasta el 14 de abril a las 24:00!!! Por lo tanto, no es necesario que se haga ahora mismo.

HAPPY EASTER!

From Arts we are going to celebrate Easter. Therefore, happy Easter! and look for Easter eggs!

La actividad que tienen que hacer es más o menos esto.

Se hace con un yogur vacío. Se pinta y se deja secar (si se hace con témperas o acuarelas). Después, se dibuja los ojos y la boca (no tiene que ser como en la foto, sino mucho más sencillo). Finalmente, les hacemos las orejas (los pies, no) con cartulina. Si no la tenéis, no pasa nada. Entiendo perfectamente la situación, y esto lo hago para que también estén un poco más entretenidos en una actividad más lúdica. Ya se lo había enseñado en clase y les hacía mucha ilusión hacerlo.
